They all have:

• Lounge with fireplace and television
• Well equipped kitchen, with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine

All also have use of:

• A larger communal pool with bar and cafe/barbecue area
• A small gym and a sauna
• The central vegetable garden which will offer organic produce free to all to pick and use as they wish .

Alma intends to:

• Give free drinks at the pool/cafe/bar and, when she is cooking for the family, offer guests the choice of eating with them.
• Alma and family will be living on site and will provide housekeeping service and maintenance.
